Hello Brain: Getting in touch with your Brain

Few people realise just how easy it is to interact with their brain. But, of course, easy is the way it should be. As I’ve said in previous posts a true health program whether it’s for physical, sexual or mental healing has to be free and accessible to everyone.

Okay… so you’re probably thinking that’s sort of fine, however, when it comes to my brain I’m not so sure I want to fiddle around with that… (but I’m happy to let someone else do it!)

Well, that’s a path I don’t want to go down so here’s a  simple exercise I use to get in touch with my brain…

1) Using the thumbs locate the two hollows at the base of the skull, one on each side about 2 to 3 inches (5-7 cms) apart.
2) Tilt head back and press firmly but gently up under the skull.
3) Close eyes and breathe deeply while pressing these points for about 2-3 minutes.

My that feels better!
