Hi Eric,
Thanks for your encouraging words. I am new to blogging (only a few months) and traffic is slowly growing. I am trying to build a really informative and innovative blog. In that ragard, while I realise the need to do more promotion I think it's more important to put most of my time in to writing good quality posts. My feeling is that if visitors like my posts they will come back and perhaps tell their friends about brainrap.com. So, my strategy is: high quality posts first and promotion later. Regards, Michael.

Hi Cross,
I certainly encourage people to do their own research on topics and ideas they find interesting. My approach to developing this blog is to throw up ideas and knowledge about caring for the brain. I try to look at things differently in the sense that being an ordinary person I can take an ordinary person's perspective. That gives me the opportunity to ask questions and raise issues that conventional brain health specialists would probably not consider. For example, I firmly believe we possess all the knowledge and resources (held in our body's cells) to be our own brain health specialist - once we learn how to access and use that cellular intelligence. Regards, Michael.

Thank you for your comments... to subscribe to the rss feed just click link in top right corner. By the way, your English is fine.
Your comments raise an interesting point that I'd like to address. Most people don't realise that they are already experts on both their physical and brain health. The theme running through my posts is that you, the individual, already possess all the knowledge and resources you need to stay healthy and alert for life. This information is stored in their body's cells - call it cellular intelligence, if you like. How can I be so certain? Well, you were conceived in nine months without any external assistance whatsoever - and that is truly an awesome event. Unless you abuse your cells to such an extent that when they subdivide the new cells have their are functionality impaired, your good health should continue. But, of course, we do abuse our cells and prevent them from doing their job effectively. What we need to do is to create and maintain conditions that foster cell health. In my series of posts on "How to become your own brain health specialist" I suggest a strategy. The bottom line is that we are all experts on our own physical and mental health... no-one knows more than you do. I guess that's both exciting and slightly scary. Why? Well, it means that while it opens opportunities for you to take care of your health... your health is your rersponsibilty! You don't need me or anyone else once you discover how to access and use your 'cellular intelligence'.
